Mountainside Events is a woman and LGBTQ+ owned wedding and event management company located in Fort Collins, Colorado. Serving all across the state of Colorado, we are professional event planners that strive to create unique and memorable experiences for our couples. Whether you need event design, full planning or just coordination on the day of, we will be there to handle every detail and ensure that it goes off without a hitch. We plan weddings of all sizes with the goal of taking away all the stress of planning so that your wedding day is about you!

Mountainside Events was formed by Taylor Strope, a native Coloradoan. Taylor has been in the hospitality industry for over 16 years and has planned hundreds of weddings and events in the region. Born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado, she loves the arts and music community Fort Collins offers. Besides planning events, some of Taylors’ favorite things are; spending time with friends and family outdoors, live music, drinking an ice cold craft beer or a good cup of coffee, barbecues and campfires. She embraces the “Colorado Culture” and has created a company that does the same.
Sarah Joelle has been a professional in the wedding and event industry for over 12 years. She has a passion for bringing events to life and has gained experience in many aspects of the event industry. Sarah was a senior event planner for Three Tomatoes Catering, business development manager for Peak Beverage Catering and is a professional working musician. She combines her creative nature with her expertise to ensure that each event is not only beautiful, it is executed with ease.
Originally from Texas, but has been a resident of Colorado since 2014, Randi has been an event planner and has a number of experience planning charity events, weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, celebration parties, wedding proposals, business meetings, tradeshows and conferences. In 2013 Randi also became an ordained minister to perform one of her dear friends’ weddings and also offers that as a service for her clients.
In addition to event planning, Randi is also the co-chair for the Northern Colorado Hospitality Sector Partnership, advocating for industry lead change, innovation and collaboration.
Randi is honored to be able to use her skills and talents to bring people together through individually tailored events for each and every unique person, couple and company. She loves to help make others’ visions come true!
